Working in a bank, means you will get to meet many different kinds of people as well as learn a lot from your hands on experience. Perhaps the best part about working in a bank is that it looks pretty impressive on your resume.
But if you think it’ll be a walk in the park, think again. Many a banker comes home late – like late, late – to be with his wife and family, solely because the work pressure on him in office kept him working till 10 at night – and maybe longer.
Insurance and accounting jobs are no better. High-pressure work loads make the jobs stressful and largely draining. While it looks good on your resume to have these kind of jobs listed as work experience, you should count the cost before you step in to fill such a role.
Finance jobs can be quite exciting although, and looking on the bright side of it – at least it pays well. Jobs in Bank Industries have been known to pay over 6 digits per month and sometimes even more than that. But this need not always be the case. Jobs in Banking can be as diversified as there are types and categories of jobs in the market – well maybe not that many, but you get the point.
The first things you need to do when considering joining a bank is ask yourself why. Are you joining them for the money? Are you joining them because they are a good brand name? Are you joining them because the market is down and you have nowhere else to turn? Ok, I’m sure that’s not why you’re joining, because banking employment seems to be the last place anyone would look if they were in such a state. Are you looking because you want to learn something new? Are you there because it’s a family business or your parents want you to do this?
Once you decide on your reason for doing this, figure out whether you would like an online banking job, or work in a regular bank. There are many types of banks under the heading of a regular bank. Some of these are: a small bank, a national bank, a hometown bank, a regional bank, etc. and then take the next step to applying to them.
As with any job, there is a minimum qualification that they expect you to meet. They don’t expect you to have criminal records or any such thing. You also need to have some basic computer knowledge.
And finally, bank jobs can be found online, in local newspapers, etc. Pick up the phone and apply.

Now don't get me wrong; it's not that failing to attract clients makes one a bad person. Not at all. It's just that when I hear the following excuses I feel compelled to call 'em as I see 'em: Baloney!
If you have the mistaken notion that any of these lame excuses are the reason that your business isn't successful, get a clue. These are just EXCUSES for people who fail, not reasons not to succeed (a subtle, yet important, difference).
1. "I'm too honest to market." OK, this little gem is at the top of my list because it is both a lie AND an insult! I am a marketer by trade, and I am honest, so I know for a fact that marketing is not a dishonest process or practice, nor does it have to be dishonest to be effective. What's dishonest is when you overstate your results, or if you truly don't believe that your product or service is worth what you charge, or if you deliberately intend to defraud people. In that case, the problem is with you, not marketing, so stop insulting the rest of us.
Learning internet marketing to promote your already existing brick and mortar business.
There are many ways to use internet marketing but where do you go to get started? Fortunately I found a series that got me going. It was a series of video tutorials on setting up your affiliate business and then follow-on videos for list building and social networking. Now that I've got a grip on all of those things I am now learning how to maximize the use of twitter (got 14 new followers in 2 hours!) and I am finally going to devote 4 hours per day over the next week to writing an ebook. Writing an ebook sounds like a lot of fun and I now have the confidence to do it. There are so many topics one can write on, some folks even scour the internet looking for articles and free content and then put it together in an ebook. Some people might think that is cheesy or unethical but actually it is someone else taking the time to do the research and then putting it altogether in one concise report for a price. Pretty cool if you ask me.
I guess the number one thing people must ask themselves is are you really ready to be your own boss? Do you have no choice due to factors beyond your control? Are you prepared to spend 6-10 hours per day at a computer? One thing is for certain...it's not a magic bullet. It takes hard work and dedication. Study what you buy before you buy. If it doesn't suit you get a refund, any reputable product will offer a refund. Don't forget your budget. I would say with $500 you can buy some pretty good products to get you going. Supplement that with lots of free stuff available from Warrior Forum and other places. Then lastly, you probably need to buy into a more expensive program to take you to the next level. Research carefully. Look at the threads on the internet marketing forums then decide. I have done that and I am moving forward more quickly.
